Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your Fairy Tong online purchase. If your order is not quite right, we are here to assist you with your return.

We accept returns and exchanges (except for custom-made orders) within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered, washed or perfumed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging. Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

Please note that returning your order is at your own cost, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect. 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the goods to us with a trackable service. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

 If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please document the condition with clear photos—videos are even better. Be sure to capture the entire package, including the shipping label, the courier’s logo, and any visible damage. Then, email this documentation to contact@fairytong.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that custom-made and sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, we cannot apply adjustments to previous purchases made before or during the sale period. 

Please make sure you select the correct size based on our size chart, or you can select 'Custom Size' and leave your own measurements in the 'Order Note' when you checkout. If unsure please email  contact@fairytong.com with any questions.

1. Email contact@fairytong.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.

Tell us the item that you would like to return/exchange and why.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. We will try to help you get the size that you request, but if unavailable, refund will be issued.

2. Receive your return information.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre-filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Fairy Tong item. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of return approval. 

 

Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

 

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size. Should you wish to receive a different style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
