Our Rush Order Service offers a convenient solution to expedite your orders.
As our hand-making process is filled with love and care, it takes time, effort and meticulous craftsmanship. Our current turnaround time for pre-orders and custom orders is around 3-4 weeks.
By selecting our Rush Order service, it gets your order to the top of our orders list. Your order will be prioritised to be made and sent out to you ASAP. Our dedicated seamsters will work on your order with extra effort to ensure prompt delivery, at a reasonable fee.

Rush Order is NOT a shipping upgrade, it does not guarantee delivery times.
Selecting Express Shipping at checkout will make your delivery faster as well.
The Rush Order fee is non-refundable.

Sizing can vary between brands, so we suggest choosing your size based on your bust and waist measurements rather than standard UK or US sizing. To help find the right size for you, please check our Size Chart before placing your order.

For accurate measurements, please refer to our Measurements Profile, which provides step-by-step instructions. You can:
• Use this as a reference when measuring yourself.
• Add all your measurements to the Order Note at checkout.
• Or, download the guide and email your ‘Measurements Profile’ to contact@fairytong.com, quoting your order number.
Providing precise measurements ensures the best possible fit for your custom garment.
