Shipping policy

Free Standard UK Delivery on orders above £250. A £5.5 shipping fee applies for orders under £250. A £10 shipping fee applies for orders under £250 during our sales period. Deliveries for items in stock will be made within 1-4 working Days. 

Each item is sent with a tracked service, you will receive email notification of your order confirmation, tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. We are not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent which are out of our control.

Fairy Tong ships worldwide. Free international delivery over £350.  A £20-£35 shipping fee applies for orders below £350.

We ship from both the UK and China, and in some countries (such as the EU countries and Canada), recipients may be required to pay additional customs taxes upon delivery. 

Fairy Tong has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.  

We are unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. 

We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully.

Some styles ship immediately from our London warehouse. Pre-orders and custom-made orders usually take around 3-4 weeks to ship as all of our garments are handmade. It also depends on the style, colour and size, plus the time it takes to arrive once shipped, depending on the shipping method.

Our intent is for our garments to be loved, lived in, built on and kept for many seasons. We aim to influence our customers to make more creative and considered choices in order to minimise energy usage and waste; and reduce our environmental impact by steering away from a throwaway culture of fast fashion. We take pride in knowing that good design and small-scale handmade production take time, resulting in uniqueness and lasting pieces that get better with wear.
