Free Standard UK Delivery on orders above £250. A £5.5 shipping fee applies for orders under £250. A £10 shipping fee applies for orders under £250 during our sales period. Deliveries for items in stock will be made within 1-4 working Days.
Each item is sent with a tracked service, you will receive email notification of your order confirmation, tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. We are not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent which are out of our control.
International Delivery
Fairy Tong ships worldwide. Free international delivery over £350. A £20-£35 shipping fee applies for orders below £350.
We ship from both the UK and China, and in some countries (such as the EU countries and Canada), recipients may be required to pay additional customs taxes upon delivery.
Fairy Tong has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.
We are unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
If the item/s will not be collected or the duties and taxes are not paid for a certain period of time, the item/s will get back to the original shipping address. If that is the case, you will not be refunded the shipping cost and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Address Changes
If you need to amend your delivery details after placing the order, we cannot guarantee changes. Any re-routing fees imposed by the courier will be charged to the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully.
How long will it take for your order to ship and arrive?
Our orders may ship from either London or China, depending on the style.
If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us by email before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to advise you.
Pre-order and custom-made items are handmade and usually take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship from China. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the style, colour, size, and shipping method selected.
