Customisation costs start from £50 depending on your requirements.

How to place an Customisation Order?

Please email contact@fairytong.com with your requirements and get a one-on-one service directly before you place an order. Once we have confirmed your customisation, please go to this link and add the Customisation Service to your cart together with your items and proceed to checkout.

Can I apply a discount code to my customisation order?

Unfortunately no discount code can be accepted on customisation orders. If you used a discount code, we would ask you to pay for the difference, or your order will be cancelled and you will have to place your order again

How long will a customised dress be in the making?

Custom orders usually take around 3-4 weeks to ship as they are handmade-to-order based on your special requirements and measurements. However, it could be finished in 1-2 weeks if you select our Rush Order Service. Please do get in touch before you select this service. The customised dress will be a one-of-a-kind piece you could cherish forever.

Can I return or exchange a customised item? 

Each item is handcrafted with great care and will be checked for defects multiple times before delivery. Slight variations of fabric colours and embellishments may occur since fabric batches may differ.

As our customised dresses are made-to-measure and labor-intensive, we have a strict no-refund policy. A dress that does not fit properly but fits your ordered specifications can not be returned or exchanged.

Can I send my customised item back for an alteration? 

Currently we do not offer an alteration service. We follow your specific custom request strictly and carefully, we also do our best to ensure a great communication with you before our dress making process.
