Customisation: These garments are literally made just for you based on your measurements and special requirements.
If you need a change made to an existing style (for example, change an open back to a closed one, a deep V-neckline to a higher neckline, the pink colour to purple or a mini length to a maxi length, etc.), that's absolutely fine and we are here for you!
Please email contact@fairytong.com with your requirements and get a one-on-one service directly before you place an order. Customisation Service costs start from £50 depending on your requirements.
Please note, if you only need a custom size and would not need any details to be changed, simply select ‘Custom Size’ on the product page and leave your measurements in the Order Note when you check out (no extra cost), no need to select Customisation Service. Also, we don't provide bespoke service - design from scratch - at the moment as we are a small team and the time is very limited for us.

For accurate measurements, please refer to our Measurements Profile, which provides step-by-step instructions. You can:
• Use this as a reference when measuring yourself.
• Add all your measurements to the Order Note at checkout.
• Or, download the guide and email your ‘Measurements Profile’ to contact@fairytong.com, quoting your order number.
Providing precise measurements ensures the best possible fit for your custom garment.
